I really enjoyed reviewing your action plan. It was very clearly laid out. I think that this will be a valuable tool and will allow for differentiation among different learning styles and levels. Kidspiration is such a neat tool to help students organize their thoughts and plan their writing. It is very open-ended and automatically provides differentiation based on student ability. It also encourages creativity and interaction. I also like the fact that voice thread will allow them to create their letters, but in a completely personal way. Using pictures and drawing will appeal to your visual learners, where as reading the story out loud will appeal to the auditory learners. I think this will also give some of your needier students an excellent way to shine.

I also think that including parents is key to a successful learning process. There are many parents out there today that do have to work and may not have time to stop by school to see their child's work hanging in the hallway. What an awesome way for them to show their children that they want to be involved in their school lives, even if they aren't able to be at school like other parents. This tool provides working parents with a much needed home/school connection!
